Project #1 – Outside…The front porch, windows and doors.

2015-03-04 14.03.25 — Side walkway and view of porch. Wood is rotting at edges. Pillars are hideous (you can see the original brick of the pillars on the 2nd and 3rd pillar at the bottom).

Project #2 – Primary bedroom with ensuite.

2015-03-04 14.09.30 — I honestly do not know why this bulk above the shower is here – perhaps to hold the moisture in for the shower and dim the light above the mirror…. drives us crazy!

Project #3 – The basement: stairs, structure, bathroom, laundry…

2015-03-04 14.07.22 — The basement ceiling came down about 15 years ago when we had the electrical updated – would love to have a ceiling back!
